As a singer-songwriter he is known for writing international hits for Ricky Martin “La Mordidita” and “Disparo al Corazón.” In 2018 Pedro Capó became a worldwide star with “Calma (Remix)” featuring Farruko; single that is already certified Diamond in the United States, Mexico and Peru; multi-platinum in LATAM and Europe. “Calma (Remix)” peaked on the Spotify Global Top 50 chart at #5 (becoming one of only a handful of all-Spanish songs to break the Top 5 in said chart), the track has surpassed 4.1 Billion streams and 1.8 billion views combined (Calma, Calma (Remix), Calma (Alicia Remix)). On the radio “Calma Remix” reached the #1 on the charts in Puerto Rico, US, Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, and France. The video continues in the Top 10 on the Global YouTube Charts.
