How to become a member of the Partnership?

Member categories

1- Individual members:

This category includes self-employed persons working in the cultural sector in the Quartier des Spectacles. Such professionals may be artists, artisans, designers, technicians, writers or cultural workers.

2- Members delegated by an organization:

• Artistic or cultural companies or corporations active in the Quartier des Spectacles
• Institutions, corporations or companies (excluding retailers) having a place of business in the Quartier des Spectacles
• Associations of retail businesses or tourism organization in Montreal, active in the Quartier des Spectacles
• Resident’s association or community organization active in the Quartier des Spectacles

Membership dues

• $100 for individual members
• $100 for members delegated by an organization with an annual operating budget of $1M or less
• $500 for members delegated by an organization with an annual operating budget greater than $1M
• These dues are tax-exempt. Membership is valid for 12 months and renewable on January 1^st of each year.

The Governance and Ethic Committee, mandated by the Board of the Quartier des Spectacles Partnership, will evaluate each membership application to determine its admissibility.

Once the membership application has been validated by the Governance and Ethic Committee, the successful applicant will receive a welcome email along with a notice of membership dues. For members delegated by an organization, the notice will be addressed to the organization.

Membership dues must be paid within 30 days of the receipt of the notice sent by the Quartier des Spectacles Partnership.
