Designed for visitors of all ages, Esplanade Tranquille is a versatile new public space in the Quartier des Spectacles. Rental spaces have modern, well-lit designs and state-of-the-art equipment for conferences, round tables and private and corporate events.

Your request will be assessed, and acceptance is based on the type of event and its feasibility. The Quartier des Spectacles Partnership will contact you within three business days and will be happy to assist you with your request as needed. Space rental is governed by the room rental contract.
Offering a stunning view of the Esplanade, this space features a kitchen and a removable bar. Perfect for cultural events and private and corporate gatherings.

Rental of Le Réfectoire includes the main room (126 m2), a kitchen (20 m2), bathrooms (30 m2), the Sainte-Catherine balcony (75 m2) and a coatroom (8 m2).
The balconies of the Esplanade Tranquille Pavilion are named after the streets adjacent to them: Sainte-Catherine to the south, Clark to the east and de Montigny to the north. At least one of the balconies must remain open to the public at all times.
Balconies are equipped with heated floors to prevent snow build-up, infrared heaters to keep guests warm, and speakers and adjustable lighting. Bistro tables and chairs and cocktail tables are also available for use on the balconies.

Located next to Le Réfectoire and facing Rue Sainte-Catherine. Use of this balcony is included in the rental cost for Le Réfectoire.

Located at the top of the main staircase, this balcony connects Le Réfectoire and Le Grand Salon. Under certain conditions, use of the Clark balcony can be combined with rental of Le Réfectoire (additional charges apply).

Le Réfectoire
This space can be used as a work area for production teams, an artists’ green room, a conference room or a space for school groups.

Rental of L’Arrière-Scène includes the main room (146 m2), a kitchen (5 m2), a coatroom (5 m2), bathrooms with showers (60 m2) and a partially covered portion of the de Montigny balcony.

This balcony is normally open to the public but is available for private rental. Under certain conditions, use of the de Montigny balcony can be combined with rental of L’Arrière-Scène (additional charges apply).
